Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions for business benefit, in a global eCommerce business. Currently senior IT Governance Architect and Vendor Relationship Manager in the Aer Lingus IT Department, with responsibility for defining and implementing all IT Governance standards, processes and procedures (GRC - Governance, Risk and Compliance), and for IT Vendor Relationship Management activities. Prior to that senior Test Architect in the IT QA Dept of Aer Lingus, with responsibility for IT software testing strategy, standards and activities. This included all testing and QA activity on the critical eCommerce platforms and applications.
