Akunna has over 7years’ experience in the banking industry, and has worked in various capacity in Information Systems, Compliance, & Information Security. Before joining Wema bank, Akunna was the head of Revenue Assurance & Customer Service at Femab Properties Ltd (Lagos). Where she led the optimization of the business processes to cut revenue leakage and ensure further cost-effective strategies for the organization. She is an Alumnus of the StepUp of Girlstalklondon and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Imo State University. She obtained a master’s degree in Information Systems (IS) from Kingston University, London.
