About

As an IT professional with over 9.5 years of experience in Software Testing (Telecom OSS/BSS Applications) across diverse organizations, having exposure to working on multiple projects, Leading Test Team. I present herewith, my candidature to work with your company, in a challenging managerial role and add value to the operations. Well-versed in System as well System Integration Testing of Fault Management, Trouble Ticket Management, Network Performance Management applications pertaining to Telecom Domain, I also possess good knowledge in working on EMC SMARTS (For Network Alarms), BMC Remedy, AmdocsClarify, Sibel CRM, Oracle OSM, NH21 (For Network Health Monitoring), UNIX, SQL, HP QC. Presently functioning as Senior Solution Integrator with Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore, I am involved in preparing/ implementing tests and reporting on defects, identifying missing scenarios for updating and implementing test cases based on new requirements or functionality changes including management of assigned projects in compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters. I am also involved in P2P testing activity involving placing orders from SOAP UI (which simulates the frond-end SAP Care) and check SOAP response for various web services fired (e.g. updateCart, CartReview, CartCheckout, SubmitOrder etc.).
