I am a diligent, enthusiastic, goal-oriented IT professional with 7 years’ experience in IT Service Delivery. With an engineering background that has contributed to my analytical thinking I'm able to adapt to situations well by using a pragmatic approach in handling tasks whilst being meticulous. I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMI) with several other accreditations in IT Service Management and IT disaster recovery. I'm happy to have now added another feather to my cap with the ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. As an IT Network Administrator, I am a practitioner of IT Governance, security, risk assessment, incident response management and audit within the organisations I have worked for.
