Li Li joined China Hewlett-Packard Co. Ltd. in 2010 and currently serves in ES (Enterprise Service) China QA and Testing department as a software engineer. She has a solid qualification and sound skill within the telecommunication and information technology related areas. Since 2009, she has been responsible for testing, customer support, maintenance as well as business analyst in CTRM project of China Mobile. Li is efficient, dependable and responsible. She has strong ability of creative ideas, analytical and logical thinking, and a very capable individual ability to control and solve high-pressure issues in deadline situation. Li’s excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English enable her to collaborate well with clients not only in local but also international speaking engagements. As one of the key-talents in HP PDPT department, Li has been exploring her potential in every way. • Li keeps expanding her knowledge, improving expertise and technical skills. She passed ISTQB & ITIL v3 tests and got the certification in 2011 and 2013 respectively. She also attended all kinds of trainings to keep pace with the advanced technologies. • Besides working in the current project, she also attended HP SWAT program and worked on a market research. In the first quarter of 2013, her contribution to that remote team ranked among top ten; her innovation idea has been selected as the top 3-5 in China by SL in 2013. • Her performance-review mark was PE (Pass Expectations) on the first year when she joined in HP, EE (Exceeds Expectations) on the second, and SE (Significantly Exceeds Expectations) on the third. • She is enthusiastic, professional and responsible as always. With the target of providing quality service and best customer experience, she has been working hard and has won wide trust and praise among customer and their partners. She was rewarded with a TIT eAward Certificate and Best Customer Support Award of China Mobile projects in 2011; recognized in HP FY13 program in the category of Making a Difference: Innovation & Execution. • In addition, she participated in all kinds of activities: chaired New Year Party of HP-China Mobile projects in 2010 and New Year Party of TQH department in 2012; organized the publication of two internal e-magazines and successfully organized a series of tour events.
